Can I install 4 packages 8Gb(bit org x16) memory chip on each, for a total volume of 4GB?
I know thatthe list of supported x16 devices, is 2Gb chips only(atom-e3800-family-datasheet.pdf Revision 4.1). But there are many examples where PC on board(Q7 formfactor) set 4Gb(x16) memory chips. Maybe it is possible to install 8Gb x16(MT41K512M16HA)?
I think it is quite realistic given the number of bits in the address bus A[15:0].
