- Open MS Outlook

- Go to File >> Save As >> Choose Location & File Type (.html)

- Select the file, right-click on .html file

- As the file opens in MS Word
- Go to File >> Save As >> File Type (.pdf)
If the PDF option is not visible, then download the Add-on for PDF/XPS and add the extension in MS Word.
This option is quite useful and can be used anytime, but there is one slight problem, you can only save 1 email at a time.
