Where to find document #552974

I already found that the document must be named "Application Programming Interface Specification for Intel® Integrated Graphics Chipsets" but I cannnot find a download anywhere.

I tried the search of the content here but the document does not show up.

I was told by Intel support to look for the following documents: #552974, #556434, #598700.

We are trying to get access to the Intel GPU API for quite a while now and it turns out to be quite a pain.
